Inside the Church there is a wood en plaque with the names of those men of the parish who served – including Captain Audley A D Lee and his brother, originally from Deytheur but included here because their father was the priest at St John’s. Also in the Church are memorial plaques to Captain Edward W Walker, and Sub Lieutenant Hector Forbes Maclean, Royal Navy, KIA at Kronstadt 18 August 1919 (CWGC)
